Return Policy


HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT, IN CASE I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY?

For all categories except electronic items:

If any customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product and wants to return it, they will have to return the product through the same delivery agent who delivers the product. The procedure is elaborated in a step-wise manner below:

  1. When a customer receives the order at their doorstep, they will have a chance to open it in front of our delivery agent and check the quality of the product.
  2. If they are satisfied with the quality, they can keep the product and pay the charges.
  3. In case, they are not satisfied with the quality of the product i.e. the specifications of the product are not the same as mentioned on our website, they can return the product through the same delivery agent. However, it is important to note that a product will not be returned merely because the customer changed their mind after receiving the product or they do not like the product even though it is exactly as per the specifications mentioned on our website.
  4. The delivery charges of 70 AED are to be borne by the customer.


Note* Action on the same day is required for all the products except for the electronic items.


For Electronic products:

For the electronic items, the customers will have two days (48 hours) to be satisfied with the quality of the item. In case, they experience a technical issue with the product, they can return the product. The step-wise procedure for returning an electronic item is given below:

  1. The customer will receive the item at their doorstep, they can open it and be satisfied with the quality, or they can keep it and check it later (within two days).
  2. If the item meets their expectations and they are satisfied, they can keep the product.
  3. In case, they are not satisfied with the specifications i.e. the quality, color, size, and/or other characteristics of the products mentioned on our website, they can return the product within two days. Moreover, if the product develops a technical fault in the two days, it can be returned and the customers can get a full refund of their amount.
  4. The delivery / shipment charges of 100AED are to be borne by the customer.
  5. It is important to note that a product will not be returned just because the customer changed their mind about the product or they want to choose a different product.


Note* Customers are to take action within the given time i.e. two days, in case they fail to do so, the product will not be returned under any circumstances and no refund of the amount will be given to the customer.
